1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a game outcome, sports event, or other gambling activity offered through our Services.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by zax43, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm your identity, age, and eligibility to use our Services.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default timezone for all platform operations, customer service hours, and promotional timings unless otherwise specified.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the zax43 platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand your rights and obligations.
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming policies, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming and gambling activities.
• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with zax43. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Compliance: If you have previously self-excluded from zax43 or any affiliated gaming platform, you are not permitted to create a new Account or use our Services until the self-exclusion period has expired.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification constitutes fraud and may result in criminal prosecution in addition to Account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access our Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as shown on your government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. You agree to keep this information updated and notify us immediately of any changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

zax43 operates under strict regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear copy of your government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP/National ID card or passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face
• Additional documents may be requested at our discretion to verify the source of funds or confirm identity

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent documents will be rejected and may result in Account suspension pending further investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions taken. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via our customer support channels. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features we may offer.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

zax43 accepts deposits via various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday deposits may experience slight delays depending on the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not matching your verified identity will be rejected and returned to the source account (minus any applicable transaction fees). All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or fraud investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested through your Account dashboard once KYC verification is complete. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, and the receiving account must be registered in your verified name. We aim to process withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, though actual receipt time depends on your bank's processing schedule.

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals over certain threshold amounts may require additional verification or manual review, which can extend processing time up to 72 hours. We reserve the right to request additional identification or documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by you at any time before processing is complete.

5.3 Fees and Limits

zax43 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier status and Account standing. These limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be adjusted at our discretion for security or compliance reasons.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

zax43 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published with each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements—typically slots contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10%-20%. Full contribution percentages are specified in the bonus terms.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, collusion with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts involved in bonus abuse without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are subject to acceptance by zax43. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect irregular betting patterns, collusion, or attempts to exploit technical errors. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by you. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical error (palpable error) may be voided at our discretion.

7.2 Sports Betting Specifics

Sports betting markets cover football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and more), basketball, badminton, e-sports, and other sports. Bet types include Match Winner (1X2), Asian Handicap (known locally as voor bola), Over/Under, Mix Parlay (accumulator bets), Both Teams To Score (BTTS), Correct Score, and various player/team proposition bets. All bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing sports body. 7.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment that undergoes regular third-party audits to ensure fairness and randomness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific session outcome. 7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players or any form of cheating
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft
• Money laundering or using zax43 Services to transfer funds for illicit purposes
• Offensive or abusive behavior toward staff or other players

8. Responsible Gaming

zax43 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help. You can self-exclude from zax43 for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account, and any attempts to create new Accounts will be blocked. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zax43 Platform including logos, graphics, text, software, games, and other materials are owned by or licensed to zax43 and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

The zax43 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zax43 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Errors in game results or bet settlement (though we will correct palpable errors upon discovery)
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Loss of winnings due to violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue use of the Platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time of the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Account Closure and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided or fraudulent funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. We are not obligated to provide advance notice of Account closure, though we will typically communicate the reason for closure where possible.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. You must withdraw or forfeit any remaining balance before closure can be completed.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of zax43 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our licensing jurisdiction, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
